IF THE ONLY PRAYER YOU SAID IN YOUR LIFE WAS "THANK YOU", THAT WOULD SUFFICE. ~Meister Eckhart

It's not enough that we do our best; sometimes we have to do what's required. -Winston Churchill

Today I am grateful...
  • for equanimity of vision
  • for lunch and gab time with a spiritual brother
  • that sometimes enough is enough
  • that since God did not remove all my character defects, instead I was given the ability to recognize some when they surface and ways to deal with them appropriately
  • that God has allowed me to hold on and push through
  • that I can no longer believe what I think is right, I have to listen to both sides
  • to be in the land of the living

There are two worlds: the world we can measure with line and rule, and the world that we feel with our hearts and imagination. -Leigh Hunt

what does " equanimity " mean?

and I liked this one
that since God did not remove all my character defects, instead I was given the ability to recognize some when they surface and ways to deal with them appropriately, but I am still working on the appropriately dealing with them :)

"that I can no longer believe what I think is right, I have to listen to both sides" - LOL @ dAAve's comment. I am grateful I too can listen to both sides - I actually know a politician that does that...LOL....Proves there is a higher power.
I Love Bro.
