Today I am grateful...

• that the Astros are going to the World Series (if you know me, this is kind of laughable, I am so not a sports fan)
• that Tom DeLay will be arrested today in Sugarland, TX (that might not be very spiritual, but there you have it)
• that in most situations the following is appropriate: It is what it is
• that this weekend's weather promises to be cool and beautiful
• that there are so many cute men in Texas
• that if I pay enough attention today will teach me something I didn't know or perceive yesterday
