God does not require that we be successful, only that we be faithful. ~Mother Teresa
Today I am grateful...
- that today I will stretch the big canvas and start on the commission from a client
- that it is Saturday and I get to go to Lambda to do my work there and to meet with Don K
- for the grace that allows me to push forward in my program
- that last night at dinner my friend Dennis C and I were talking about unruly people in AA meetings and were ranting about it. R and J were just laughing at us, because were serious.
- that I am from 'good people'
- for Boston Terriers, which really aren't terriers, they're bull dogs
In this book you read again and again that faith did for us what we could not do for ourselves. ~BB pg 71/72
When you have come to the edge
Of all light that you know
And are about to drop off into the darkness
Of the unknown,
Faith is knowing
One of two things will happen:
There will be something solid to stand on or
You will be taught to fly. ~Patrick Overton

Hi, I'm first again. And it's 1:27 PM. I love your sharing your studies of HOPE and FAITH.
I like to watch unruly people from a comfy place, but I don't want them in my face! Now, I wouldn't mind having a little Boston Terrier in my face :)
YOUR Boston Terrier is not a bull dog.
He is a 9-volt Duracell battery with 4 legs.
Research tells me that the Boston Terrier is noted for "its refined and pleasant personality."
This seems at variance with Dave's observation.
That is a wonderful verse from Mr. Overton.
That picture from Bunny's birthday post still makes me grin.
Hi Precious ! Wow, another Blog award.
Good you are making your canvas ready for your work.
Best to you. Love you. me
