Change your thoughts and you change your world. ~Vincent Norman Peale

Today I am grateful...
  • that I had the ENT listen to my lungs yesterday. He said they sounded perfectly clear. I have been suspicious of maybe bronchitis coming back. I had a severe case last fall. I will give it through the weekend and see. My 1:00 appointment ended when I left the parking garage at 5:10PM. They were a little stacked up. And, of course, it was the one time I didn't take any reading material with me.
  • that I was entirely calm and peaceful during that long appointment
  • that I am learning to relax and not obsess over small things. My mental time is too valuable to spend it at the dollar store.
  • that there are things I understand and things I don't understand, and that's the way it's supposed to be
  • that you will have a great day
When we surrender to God, we let go of our attachment to how things happen on the outside, and we become more concerned with what happens on the inside. ~Marianne Williamson

Wow. I am going to get there. One day at a time.

Do you think I obsess?

LOL

PS. I may as well go to the nooner, I'm not going to get any sleep. I hope I'll see you there.

Yes, thank you Mr. White Angel. It's more readable now. I guess Mr. Vincent Norman Peale was right when he said, "Change your thoughts and you change your world."

I may not change the world, but my blog is changing...

I shared your happiness when the ENT pronounced you're bronchitis free.

Love and greeting from Malaysia.

I loved the dollar store comment (hee hee)..that is so true. I appreciate it when the people I care about take care of their health issues! I sort of need you to be there everyday, so your health....in a way...is all about me ;)

The ENT did not pronounce me free of bronchitis, he just said my lungs sounded clear. I still have this weird dry cough periodically throughout the day, I am giving it through the weekend and see what happens.

So glad you are doing well physically. So how did you survive during the waiting time? People watching, conversation w strangers?

Really, I just sat there and meditated a bit and watched people a bit. It was weird how the time passed. Thank God for sobriety is all I got to say.
