IF THE ONLY PRAYER YOU SAID IN YOUR LIFE WAS "THANK YOU", THAT WOULD SUFFICE. ~Meister Eckhart

It’s a very interesting thing about human nature, when you stop treating yourself poorly, it will become unacceptable for others to do so. ~Pocket Sponsor
Today I am grateful...
  • that so far this cold has manifested itself as a lightweight version
  • that today I live as free as my program lets me
  • that since all I have is this day, I do not have to worry about tomorrow
  • that love, freely given, nourishes my heart
  • that love, freely received, nourishes my soul
You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should. ~Max Ehrmann

I love that quote from the Pocket Sponsor. Like I saw on Oprah yesterday, if we had a friend that treated us the way we sometimes treat ourselves, we probably wouldn't be friends with this person. I want to be my own friend! cuz I'm a fun girl!

I needed to read your gratitude list today, Scott. It is true that we should treat ourselves well, even in the midst of uncertainty.

Hope you feel bettter today.

Have a good day.
