Today I am grateful...
- for the spiritually kick ass birthday night last night
- for giggles and inside jokes
- for this unfolding of watching how my mind works. This morning I had a dream in which I was "interested" in someone. I cannot remember how long it has been since I have had that in my waking life and I am generally contented with being single. It had those feelings when I woke and had feelings of missing those feelings from day to day, like I wanted to be in a relationship and/or was missing out on that.
The alarming thing about pride-blindness is the ease with which it is justified. But we need not look far to see that self-justification is a universal destroyer of harmony and of love. Good Morning Scott, so glad you had a great time at birthday night. I'm glad that the fellowship is full of giggles.
Isn't it great to be content with oneself, and not require the presence of another in your life? It's good to simply enjoy and grow from the presence of a special someone these days, rather than live or die by their every little word and action. I am still working on that part lol!
I really love this quote from "Keep It Simple." Glad you have fun and giggles in your life!
Maybe that dream is a sign from somewhere deep within that you are evolving more in some spiritual way that will eventual open a place in your life and heart for another human of "interest"?
