Today I am grateful...
- we watched reruns last night of The Newlywed Game, The Gong Show and The Dating Game and they were all kind of creepy. Especially The Newlywed Game. No one on the panel knew the definition of pseudo, NO ONE! We were yelling at the TV and covering our faces, it was just painful to watch! America is in much more trouble than we thought!
- that yesterday we sold two of my original rug designs (actually one rug will have the combined design elements of two, so that's three designs in two rugs)
- for the new topic on SOBRIETY SOCIETY
- for the awareness that sometimes I can't tell what my feelings are and that I have been sober long enough to know that what I need to do in those times is what I do everyday to maintain my sobriety, my daily maintenance

I'm not sure why people have such a hard time with pseudo. I think I posted once about my coworker than ran around saying suede-o until we corrected her. What's up with these people? Don't they read? Or at least watch TV?
I still have a hard time with feelings. Hurt and anger are still very similar to me, yet they are two completely different things. Odd.

Whoa…..yesterday I told you I was having a dark day. This a.m. someone called me in the car and read me that same quote from 24 hrs a day…and then I get to work and you have posted it. Do you think my HP is working thru you guys or what?????
People have such poor vocabularies... but weren't those shows from the 60s? So, actually maybe now people know what pseudo is. Especially if combined with "fed".
That first quote is such truth. I was able to accept this and crush the resent I had towards my mom. Her way of loving me is special, and I am grateful I no longer have to miss out on it.
Reruns rule! Sounds like you had a blast, and what a simple thing. It is cool you find fun in it.
