The best things in life are looking for you. Are you in a place where they can find you? ~Ralph Marston
Today I am grateful...
  • for an entire evening spent with J searching, watching and laughing on YouTube
  • to be able to remember when I sat in a meeting and realized that everyone there had listened and followed what was suggested and they seemed pleased with that fact--that if they could then so could I--that was a power greater than me bringing me a little sanity
  • that I have a home movie of Christmas '67 with proof that I was as nelly as they come
  • that I am constantly amazed by the beauty of the human spirit
Times of anger and rain are necessary, but a soft snowfall brings peace to all humanity. ~Today's Gift

I too love that quote. I need to get myself in a place where good things can find me. Reading the sober blogs, sometimes gets me closer.

the best things in life have already found me when I take time to have the awareness of them. I need to continue to do the work to stay here. Thank you Scott.. you are becoming so dear to my heart.

That movie is on VHS, so I don't have a clue how to transfer it to a medium that will go into the computer. My VHS is shot so I can't take a screen shot either. Any ideas?
