Today I am grateful...
- that I have let a lot of thoughts and feelings that make life difficult in the wake of recovery
- for prayers to recognize self defeating thoughts and feelings
- that last night our waiter left us a message on the bill. "love, David"
- to have found a path of less resistance
- today, if I remain spiritually fit, all will be right with my world

Sippi was my invisible friend as a child, he was from South America. He wore a sombrero, serape, burlap pants and sandals. It's my way of keeping him near me these days.
Wow. That is pretty special when you waiter signs the check with love!
Now, if a waiter ever signs a check "Love, Sippi"... Let me know!
