IF THE ONLY PRAYER YOU SAID IN YOUR LIFE WAS "THANK YOU", THAT WOULD SUFFICE. ~Meister Eckhart

A man who persists in prayer finds himself in possession of great gifts. When he has to deal with hard circumstances, he finds he can face them. He can accept himself and the world around him.~As Bill Sees It

Today I am grateful...
  • to work and laugh with Wade as we tried to paint circles on a white leather hide
  • for a weekend where I was a bit of balance and a Monday to start a new week
  • that even when I feel 'off' I still stay 'on' track with my program
  • that Saturday was the Luscious LaJuana's birthday. Go wish her belated greetings.
  • that we celebrated with chocolate cheesecake and coffee yesterday. It was also to celebrate Mary's (The Luscious One's daughter and my landlady), Don's (Mary's beau) and Honey's (LaJ's man) birthdays. Sounds a bit incestuous, huh?
Recovery is not about behaving perfectly or according to anyone else's rules. More than anything else, recovery is about knowing we have choices and giving ourselves the freedom to choose. !The Language of Letting Go

I am guilty of this. Sometimes it is hard to put it into words. By seeking guidence from otehrs, I can define my problem and am offered solutions.

Thanks!!!!!! :D
