Today I am grateful...

• that even though I still have irritations, I can recognize more and more where they come from
• for a bright and sunny Monday morning
• that I had no desire to watch the Oscars last night
• to have had my first meeting yesterday with my new sponsee and old friend
• to read more about the AlAnon program and how alcoholics affect those around them
• to have what I need
• to be sturdy and fragile
• that I can have my own program, custom made just for me
• to celebrate other's milestones in recovery
