So the only real hope for the alcoholic is to face the present. Now is the time. Now is ours. The past is beyond recall. The future is as uncertain as life itself. So very true about living in the present.
This comment is a couple of months tardy, forgive me. I had been lurking on your blog for at least a year and was so disappointed when you decided to take a break. A few months later I was having a particularly hellish guilt day and I decided to take a chance and see if you had blogged lately. It was this day and this post. It saved me. I am grateful for the help you have unknowingly given me and others.
