A great many people think they are thinking when they are only rearranging their prejudices. ~William James
Today I am grateful…
- to have solutions
- that I can have days where I feel strained and fragile and know they will pass
- that I spent a little while with a couple of friends last night but it did little to ease yesterday’s loneliness
- that I have what I need for this day
- that a Higher Power sustains me, guides me, keeps me facing forward
Our common problem is really that we're human beings who need a spiritual life in order to become our true selves. This can turn a problem into a new life if we accept the program. ~Walk in Dry Places

I don't like hearing that you feel fragile, I know that feeling and it sucks. You are loved.
Hi Scott.
Just remember 6 years ago.
It looks like a still
from a film version of
a Stephen King novella.
Once again I bow to your
understanding of the AA
way.
Pete.
Here's hoping we can let go of thow prejudices and move along in a spiritual life.
Blessings and aloha...
sending thoughts of friendship!
That shopping cart looks lonely, too.
I have felt fragile lately too. It is not that I'm about to break but that something inside is unsettled and may be chipped.
this shopping cart is interesting to me.
i was having a facebook conversation with an old friend. she shared some sad news with me and i told her a story about a shopping cart incident.
i started writing the story for a blog post (still in draft).
i had to check the date of that email, it started on 11/12 with my last response to her on 11/17.
and i come over here and see this shopping cart. universe is so small sometimes isn't it?
you are beautiful.
