Today I am grateful...
- that I believe I am here for a reason: to love myself and others
- that I have learned to accept myself
- that with self-acceptance comes self-respect
- that what I do has an effect on others, that I am apart of other's lives and they a part of mine
- that I have begun to trust

Oh those spiritual axioms...it's taken me a long time to relearn everything I had believed for such a long time. That pocket sponsor is so wise!
But if I divide my load by sharing it, am I not increasing someone else's load?

I too have begun to trust, although there are days when I wonder about whether the trust is well-placed.
