We all carry it within us: supreme strength, the fullness of wisdom, unquenchable joy. It is never thwarted and cannot be destroyed. But it is hidden deep, which is what makes life a problem. ~Huston Smith

Today I am grateful...
- for the joy of watching Bunny observe the world outside the front door. The profile of his short little nose as it sniffs, the way his ears point forward. The way he cuts his eyes when I "Pssst" at him. Delightful.
- for the progression this weekend on the giant painting
- that this discomfort of ending my current eating play (first phase) will pass. In the meantime, today, I am not feeling well.
- for the past beautiful Spring weekend where the weather was splendid
- that my Higher Power didn't give up when I was nothing but a dirty dish rag soaked in tequila
Be calm, be true, and be quiet. Do not get emotionally upset by anything that happens around you. Feel a deep, inner security in the goodness and purpose in the universe. Be true to your highest ideals. Do not let yourself slip back into the old ways of reacting. Stick to your spiritual guns. Be calm always. Do not talk back or defend yourself too much against accusation, whether false or true. Accept criticism as well as you accept praise. ~24 Hours a Day

Aren't the puppies so wonderful? I'm glad you have a pushed in faced one too.
Spring is sprung, and
"Sumer is icomin in"
Although I'm willing for spring and summer to arrive, I also enjoy the snowy day outside my window.
I guess I just love life today...
i loved the spring weather we had this weekend!
I'm sorry you are not feeling well my friend.
I love to psst. THEO..it's great fun.
I would like to see a snowy day. But it isn't going to happen here.
Your description of Bunny is neat.
Your fambly seems to like those smushed-face puppies. It's nice that yours is the right size for compact living quarters.
A friend had a dog with a very long nose. The dog never seemed to grasp that fact, and was always banging it into things.
I hope you feel better & better as the days progresses.
A dirty dishrag, what a great description. Glad you are a clean and shiny Scott today.
