IF THE ONLY PRAYER YOU SAID IN YOUR LIFE WAS "THANK YOU", THAT WOULD SUFFICE. ~Meister Eckhart

The time has come to reaffirm our enduring spirit; to choose our better history; to carry forward that precious gift, that noble idea, passed on from generation to generation: the God-given promise that all are equal, all are free and all deserve a chance to pursue their full measure of happiness. ~Barack Obama

Today I am grateful...
  • that I got to see Zane yesterday as he celebrated 17 years of sobriety!
  • that yesterday I had it all...emotions, feelings, tears, laughter. I took care of myself by eating right, praying, trusting--all the time knowing I was where I was supposed to be.
  • that life is amusing if you look at it just the right way
  • that I do not believe ALL I hear. I must temper it with a little sanity, self-reflection and experience. What I will believe without questioning is your experience.

Ask and you shall receive, Seek and ye shall find, Knock and it shall be opened unto you. ~Matthew 7:7

I need to find my bumper sticker that says DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU THINK. I'm going to tape it to the front of my desk at work.

I stopped over to Zane's. It's a true inspiration to see that kind of dedication to remain sober. (Hugs)Indigo
