We are each our own devil, and we make this world our hell. ~Oscar Wilde

Today I am grateful...
- for sober Christmas parties
- that things I deal with today barely register on the pressure scale
- for in house laundry--what a luxury
- that I can Christmas shop at home, in my underwear, and that Amazon remembers me
- that Bill sent me a link to the Sears Wishbook Catalog and the memories it brought back
- that I no longer cut out the men's underwear ads from the newspaper and take tracing paper and draw them naked like I did in junior high
It's funny and it's so ironic, alcoholics are some of the most selfish, self-involved people on the planet -- and we then we come to Alcoholics Anonymous often completely broken and alone, and AA opens our heart and we wind up building amazing connections with people -- and from that comes some of the greatest joy in recovery -- and some of the greatest sadness, too. ~Mr. SponsorPants

your talent in art started at a very young age.
Good Sunday Morning Scott.
Are you gay?
You are not right in the head. That's why we get along so well.
I got completely absorbed by the 1941 Lord & Taylor Christmas catalog on that site. They even have a section with gifts for pets.
Mr. SponsorPants is so accurate in his statement.
You had me smiling when you wrote about your artwork when you were a child. That's priceless.
I did not know Pam wrote a meditation book.
I remember the Sears Wishbook. I would make a list of things that I wanted from it.
