We must be ready to care, to give ourselves. This is what spirituality is about. When we help others, we prepare the road for those who enter the program after us. ~Keep It Simple

Today I am grateful...
- to be part of the fellowship of AA and this weekend to be part of the Houston Round Up
- for Don K's wonderful workshop on Steps 10, 11 and 12
- that we had 152 years, 9 months at our banquet table
- to be reminded this weekend that not all of us want what AAs have
- that this morning I am not feeling awful, but am definitely not up to par. I need to go in to the Lambda office and get some work done--it's pay day.
- for my life today as a sober member of Alcoholics Anonymous
Some of us indulge in worry, fear, and anger beyond a useful or meaningful point. What can we do about these excesses of feeling? First, we admit them to ourselves and to others. Then, we trust our Higher Power for the outcome, and they will fall away. ~Touchstones

Hope you're feeling better today. I've got a little cold thing myself.
Glad that you feel better. I'm hoping that I will in a day or two.
