IF THE ONLY PRAYER YOU SAID IN YOUR LIFE WAS "THANK YOU", THAT WOULD SUFFICE. ~Meister Eckhart

A beautiful, fulfilled life requires nothing more than what you already have. Fulfillment depends solely on your decision to accept and experience it, in the moment where you are. Your past cannot hold you back and your future cannot intimidate you, unless you allow it. This moment has every possibility of being the most fulfilling time you've ever known. Your life is infinitely more wonderful than any possession or event or circumstance that you can imagine. And somewhere inside, you know it. ~Ralph Marston

This day I am grateful...
  • that I am pretty sure I will have all I need for this day
  • for the Meditation Music radio station on live365. It fills my house with such serenity in the early morning.
  • again, for YouTube. Last night I stayed up way too late listening to some old faves from the '60s. Moody Blues. Electric Prune. Strawberry Alarmclock. Blues Magoo. Buffalo Springfield. Vanilla Fudge. So many good songs. And lots of evidence there were plenty of good drugs to go around back then.
  • that tonight is an art night. Openings and an afterwards party at Itchy Acres.

Addiction is answering the spiritual calling inside us by going to the wrong address. ~Chris Ringer

Itchy Acres conjures a vision of lots of people standing in a field just scratching like hell. Enjoy your evening.
