Years ago, I read an etiquette book by Emily Post, and you are absolutely correct. The reasoning is if you have the paper coming from the bottom it can unravel and make for an unsightly bathroom.
Hmmm someone has mislabled the picture. It should be the other way around. And I believe we can agree that I DO INDEED Know It All...so it only makes sense to listen to what I have to say about it. When I say "we"...I'm talking about the "we" in my head ya know.

Yes, that is correct. I completely agree. I think Ann Landers agrees w/us too. We are right, oh yes we are.

Absolutely! It's the only way. When my toilet paper is right, so is the world!
Thank God I'm not the only one that feels that way! I've been known to correct 'wrong' toliet paper given the opportunity! : )
