A lot of growing up takes place between "It fell" and "I dropped it." ~Bits and Pieces
Today I am grateful...
- for the freedom to move about and go where I want
- for holiday weekends
- to accept that there is One that knows my needs and will sustain me
- for the places I get to travel to in my dreams
- to have a computer, telephones, TVs, stereo, electric lights, microwave, refrigerator and washer/dryer all at my fingertips...also books, art supplies, plenty of clothes and shoes and comfortable furniture...luxuries we take for granted that many do not get to experience once in their lives
- that the gray person I used to be now only manifests itself in my hair color
- that by now Jesse Helms' Higher Power has let him know all that hatred was unnecessary
Remember the five simple rules to be happy:
1. Free your heart from hatred.
2. Free your mind from worries.
3. Live simply.
4. Give more.
5. Expect less.--unknown

That unknown person is pretty darned smark.
All very well said So.
I kind of think you might be assuming that Jesse had/has a Higher Power, it could have been a Lower Power. Enjoy Enjoy Enjoy your weekend darlin'.
I have grey hair. Grey hair rocks.
Happy Day to my technicolor friend with the gray hair.

well you are a bright rainbow of personality!! and i just adore you!
Good post and I laughed at your reading
A lot of growing up takes place between "It fell" and "I dropped it because yea, going from taking NO responsibility to taking responsibility is freakin A growth. thanks for sharing what you do, have a great day. Oh and Roxy wanted me to tell you to tell Bunny hello
ALthough I frequently read this, this is one of the better ones...or I am in more of a mood to hear it.
Learning responsibility of "dropping". Learning how to properly express my displeasure with what a person stands for such as Jesse Helms without needing to become hateful; or sound hateful myself! HA!
Wonderful weekend.
Thanks for the 5 things.
