But this is not all. There is action and more action. "Faith without works is dead." BB pg 88

In this book you read again and again that faith did for us what we could not do for ourselves. BB pg 71/72
Today I am grateful...
  • for the incredibly vast amount of information available on the internet. And for all those people that took the time to type/copy and paste/etc and upload all that information.
  • that if you haven't guessed, this week I get to research faith, the principle behind the third step
  • that I don't believe everything I hear, but this is certainly scary. And that I cannot trust government makes it even scarier.
  • to sit last night with a friend that had been MIA
  • to be grateful
Faith has to work twenty-four hours a day in and through us, or we perish. Most of us feel we need look no further for Utopia. We have it with us right here and now. BB pg 16
For if an alcoholic failed to perfect and enlarge his spiritual life through work and self-sacrifice for others, he could not survive the certain trials and low spots ahead. If he did not work, he would surely drink again, and if he drank, he would surely die. Then faith would be dead indeed. With us it is just like that. BB, pg 14/15

Goodness! It's 4 PM in the day and I'm first again. MMMM. Everytime I say Goodness, I'm reminded of Mae West's reply to the hatcheck girl that said, Goodnees, Miss West, that is a beautiful ring.
MAE: Goodness had nothing to do with it my dear.
