Today I am grateful...
- for nasal spray Nostrilla, because my nasal is stopped up shut
- for my new meditation book that came in the mail yesterday with a new CD and a new DVD
- that yesterday my intestines were irritable and I was just in general off my game. So I was recognizing of those facts and kept quiet all day. Today I seem to be a bit better and I know this too shall pass.
- for this morning's dream right before I woke to start my day. I was home in Paducah, KY at a restaurant, eating, then paying the bill. Afterwards I went downstairs and there were several young people sitting around and I just knew they were alcoholics. I went outside and there were more people sitting around. I leaned over and asked a woman if she knew where there might be a meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous, and she said 'Right here!' So I took a seat at a picnic table and the meeting started. I wanted to raise my hand as a visitor but they didn't ask. People shared here and there, then the chairperson looked at me and said 'Anyone from Houston?' So I introduced myself and this group of young women waved at me and they had some other odd rituals (which I have already forgotten). That was the point where I woke.
- that I have already hit one meeting today (see above) and will hit the nooner where I will, hopefully, see Negar and her new baby, Johnny.

I had a really weird epic dream that woke me up last night, and I swore I would remember it, but - of course - I don't. Dammit.
Every time you mention Nostrilla I picture a b-grade Japanese sci-fi movie called Godzilla vs. Nostrilla. I just can't figure out what Nostrilla would look like.
I wish you had stayed around long enough to see if they gave chips, since it was a dream...they might have been Doritos

as a dream interpreter, i would say that dream means that subconsciously, you want to lead a meeting because you think someone else is doing it wrong... ever been to the website that interprets dreams... i went once but don't remember where it was...
