I drove to the post office, then the noon meeting. I sat down in the back row and I heard the TV from the lobby!!! In 4 years I have never heard the TV in that room from up front! I am so excited. Then I went to the grocery store. All moving slowly, so next time you are behind a slow poke, just picture me trying to keep the vertigo at bay and taking it easy!
P.S. There is a new topic on Sobriety Society!
P.S.S. This post won't make sense unless you know I have had an 85% hearing loss on my left side and last week had surgery to hopefully correct that.

This is the first time I've read your blog and I love the gratitude list! One of the gifts I've received from sobriety is that I can find gratitude in the smallest of things today, and those "small" things can make my whole day great. I hope your day today was a happy, sober one!
I never knew you were a poor muffin. I find that quite disturbing and may been to consult with my sponsor about this.
I am delighted that things are working out for you!
Hello. I just found your blog today as I am trying to force myself to become a routine blogger. I find your blogs inspirational and I believe I was brought to your blog for a reason.
Specifically, I am struggling with changing years of negative thinking, and I am encouraged now to list what I am grateful for each day. I will be reminded of gratitude now throughout my day.
All blessings to you...
Oh Scott... this is the best news I have heard all day. How wonderful.
Dear Scott,
YEAH!!!!!!!!!!
I'm sooooo happy for you Scott.
I hope you asked them to turn down the volumn.
I found you in the "Blogs of Note" section on the Google Blogger site. Your blog title was compelling.
Congratulations on your hearing improvement!
My blog is www.yogipaden.blogspot.com if you'd like to say hello back.
Interesting site layout
I hope that you are feeling better and it so wonderful that your hearing is comming back. What a miracle.
I have placed you on my link list. Your continuing journey towards sobriety inspires me, and I will be back often to partake of your insights
Be Blessed today
