Today I am grateful...
- for my alarm clock that woke me so I can get to my pre-op appointment with the ENT
- that my self pity has decreased dramatically over these few years
- that November, the eleventh month, is the month of gratitude and how appropriate that I got sober during this month
- for conscious effort to practice these principles in all my affairs today
- that I have the program to keep my trickster mind from reeking havoc on my thoughts
- that my Higher Power is an open source and I can take from it as much as I can hold
