Allow yourself the right to say no when the world asks too much of you. ~Daily Inspiration
Today I am grateful...
  • that by taking a moment I can supplant annoyance (budding resentment) with gratitude
  • that I really do not miss going out on Halloween
  • that life is so mysterious and continues to amaze me
  • that yesterday I started my on line Indigo Power course
  • for another huge display of generosity yesterday towards me
  • that I will strive for simplicity today as I go through my 'to do' list
Of far more importance was the fact that he was the first living human with whom I had ever talked, who knew what he was talking about in regard to alcoholism from actual experience. In other words, 'he talked my language. He knew all the answers, and certainly not because he had picked them up in his reading. ~ Pg. 180 - Doctor Bob's Nightmare

I am sick as a dog and dread having to open my door tonight to all those little hooligans!

Simplicity is something I need to strive for too.

Happy Halloweeeeeen and me luvs that pic of costumes!

I'm striving for simplicity also. Sometimes I do pretty good at it. I'm trying not to multi-task so much. Walk slower, speak slower, eat slower...it kind of helps to keep me in the zone of "simple"...or Easy Does It.

I need to remember that.

I get to go to a meeting tonight instead of going out. What a relief. Life is good.
