It doesn't matter so much who is right but what is right. I don't get indigestion from swallowing my pride. ~Anonymous (from Alkies Speak)
Today I am grateful...
- for the topic on Sobriety Society. I am not sure where I stand. I do know it is best for me to hear from others and watch my mind flip flop before I am comfortable making a decision.
- that last night I again dreamt about him. The more I dream about him, the more it seems he is trying to find me.
- for Jim's chicken and dumplings, the first of the fall season. mmmmm mmmmm
- that my Higher Power reveals to me small bits and pieces of the mysteries of life, and I get that only because I am sober
Every child is an artist. The problem is remain an artist once your grow up. ~Pablo Picasso
We cannot expect sobriety alone to make us exempt from fear. What it can do is give us an ability to handle our fear constructively. ~Walk in Dry Places

Dear Scott,
I think that I will swallow more of my pride than food. It is less fattening, I suspect.
It was wonderful to hear from Lisa, your SO. I am happy she is well.
I will be going to work at 1:30 now. Will miss the noon meetings more but, I am putting the time here to good use.
Who is HIM you dream about?
