Today I am grateful...

• for the relief of stretching sore muscles
• that my gray matter gets sore if I don't exercise it
• for the promise of cooler, drier weather
• for those smarter than me, which is just about everyone
• for earth, wind, fire, water and ether
• when the going gets tough, the tough go to AA
