People say that artists are crazy, and I suppose this is true. But we need crazy people to take the world where it needs to go. In the crazy, the seed of genius is often buried. ~Fr Leo
Today I am grateful...
- that I can put a negative or positive spin on just about anything
- that I have a big responsibility to keep my attitude adjusted on the happy side
- that when the message starts to seem blocked I probably need to be quiet
- that today I will strive to do and be my best
- to be surrounded by books, art supplies and music. What luxuries!
Bowing with the wind, flowing with the tide, eases the steps we need to take, the steps that will carry us to our personal fulfillment. Part of the process of our growth is learning to slide past the negative situations that confront us, coming to understand that we are in this life to fulfill a unique purpose. The many barriers that get in our way can strengthen our reliance on God if we'll let them. People or situations need never thwart us. We will profit from taking all experiences in our stride. The course we travel is the one we chart. The progress we make toward our life goals is proportionate to the smoothness of our steps. ~Each Day a New Beginning

Good post. Thanks, matey.
Thanks for being crazy. Well, kinda.
I don't think that books, art supplies and music are luxuries for you....they are necessities. You would not seem like Scott without them....or with out Bunny...or without the white shirts.
Helpful post, as usual. I've been thinking the past couple of days about how to know when to take action versus when to bow to the wind. Determining when I am trying to impose my will rather than accepting God's will can be difficult for me.
