IF THE ONLY PRAYER YOU SAID IN YOUR LIFE WAS "THANK YOU", THAT WOULD SUFFICE. ~Meister Eckhart

...we are filled with divine grace and power that is ours for the asking. A daily practice of tuning into this vast potential, conversing with it, and offering ourselves up to it opens the door through which we can reclaim our true identity, taking ownership of the calling that the time has come to create bliss on earth. ~today's DailyOm
Today I am grateful...
  • that although it is still hot during our days, in the mornings there is a decidedly noticeable touch of autumn
  • for burnt umber and titanium white acrylic paints
  • for vigilance because no one is easier to deceive than myself
  • for vulnerabilities turned into strengths
  • that I am not selfish enough to insist on getting the "good one" all the time. When I have abundance I can step aside and let others have a little.
  • for the deal I made that if there is a dollar in my pocket, it goes into the basket

Offer one small gesture of kindness each day and multiply it over the course of a lifetime. You'll find your world filled with rich, rewarding and genuine relationships. Every little step counts, because the little steps are usually the ones that actually get taken. There's virtually no risk, and yet the rewards, over time, can be enormous. ~Ralph Marston

The last Promise in the Big Book came true for me on the very first day of sobriety. God kept me sober that day, and on every other day I allowed Him to operate in my life. ~Daily Reflections

You write the BEST gratitude lists... I can't seem to get past the physical stuff in mine...

Hm.

Wonder what's up with that?

I'm grateful that I am wondering what's up with that!

Hehehe.
