IF THE ONLY PRAYER YOU SAID IN YOUR LIFE WAS "THANK YOU", THAT WOULD SUFFICE. ~Meister Eckhart

When you are completely clear about why, you'll be able to figure out how. When you let go of the need to need, you'll fall into a massive sea of beautiful abundance. ~Ralph Marston
Today I am grateful...
  • that having a fitful night, the itches and waking up at 4 AM, I was able to go back to sleep after sitting up for a brief period. Then I dreamt about people entering unannounced into an apartment I had just moved in to. It was frustrating, but now I am awake and coffee-ed and ready for the day.
  • for prayers for the daughters of Mary Christine and Pam, and for all those suffering
  • that AA is not personality free, they were shining all weekend
  • that I live my life as drama-free as possible
  • to connect with detachment when it is the healthy way for me to act

Until you value yourself, you won't value your time. Until you value your time, you will not do anything with it. ~M. Scott Peck (I have heard this is the definition of procrastination)

The relief that comes from waking up after a dream that is not so good is refreshing.

Happy Monday.
