The one serious conviction that a man should have is that nothing is to be taken seriously. ~Nicholas Murray Butler
Today I am grateful...
- that I have just about let go of someone else's behavior
- that I can sometimes resist purposely drawing attention to myself
- that I get to meet with my sponsor this morning. He has been out of town and it's been three weeks since we were able to meet.
- that I am not required to know everything, or even understand everything
- for another June completed
- that today is two years as a non-smoker
Much that bothers me is useless to my well-being. Help me identify when this happens and replace these thoughts with thoughts that treat me kindly. ~Fr. Leo

Love you and yes, I'll see you later.
Did you stop smoking too?

(I don't know why I can comment now, but I sure am glad)
Congrats to your 2 years of a smoke free environment. Well almost cuz I know those AA meetings are about 95% smokers. Well it is on this part of the country. I am grateful I can stay inside and not consume my lungs with smoke (I have enough addictive behaviors to deal with :)
I have never been to a smoking meeting, thank God.
congrats on not smoking, two years is awesome.
