IF THE ONLY PRAYER YOU SAID IN YOUR LIFE WAS "THANK YOU", THAT WOULD SUFFICE. ~Meister Eckhart

Enlightenment is understanding that there is nowhere to go, nothing to do and nobody you have to be except exactly who you're being right now. ~CwG
Today I am grateful...
  • for being shown the difference in struggling and letting go
  • to have finished two more paintings this weekend
  • for the luxury of sitting still
  • that action keeps me unstuck
  • that I have an appointment for lab work at 9:30AM and that I won't starve, although it will feel like it
The point of life is not to get anywhere--it is to notice that you are and always have been, already there. You are, always and forever, in the moment of pure creation. The point of life is therefore to create--who and what you are, and then to experience that. ~CwG

You're like a cardiac surgeon cause you really know how to touch my heart!!! Thank you, Scott, for your amazing ability to share exactly what I need to hear.

BTW, I had to ask a friend of mine to find out what CwG was. For all I knew, it was "chicks with guns". Now I know it's Conversations with God. I'll have to read that book!

Peace out!
Kari
