- that Ryan made it to Lifeline
- that the nightmare I had where I was again waiting tables was only a dream
- that every day of my life I have had what I need for that day
- that if you're feeling unloved, visit a 12:15 meeting at Lambda
- for freedom from the bondage of self, alcohol, nicotine, food, judgement
