Due to the amount of spam comments I have gotten today alone, you must be registered to leave comments. It freaks me out that some people have nothing better to do than to promote some stupid product or drug on other's blogs. And most of the comments are left on posts way in the past. It's stupid and makes my temples tight.

It's ok Scott W. I got my share of spam too. Take care, my friend.
On Typepad I can close comments for older posts. It's really weird that people leave spam on those comment sections, though. Who goes to blog comment sections looking for ads. The click through rate has got to be abysmal.
Anyway, I stopped by because of Recovery Road's mention of your blog the other day. Hope you're having a good day. Great site here!

i've been getting a huge amount of spam too, luckily wordpress doesn't let it get posted. i have a place to go and delete them.
this is a great quote:
"It's stupid and makes my temples tight."
just cking in from louisiana.
hugs to you and matt.

hmmmmmmmmmmm
I rarely get spam comments (maybe 4 or 5 ever) but I've never had a reason to check on old posts for spam comments. If they want to go back weeks or months to post an advert, they can have at it.
I never get spam...but I did get a crank phone call the other day.
I get all comments via email. I certainly don't go trolling through countless old posts.
Scott-stumbled across your blog this morning. I have already written down your quote that moves across your screen..."If the only prayer..." I needed to be reminded of that. I will be back to read more of your blog. Oh, I and I really liked the way you broke down our first three steps. I will use it in my step lecture if you don't mind(and I will give credit where credit is due). Thanks. Allan
have you tried lu-lu's thigh cream, i found it from a spam comment... i'm sure it's doing wonders, i'll know as soon as the rash heals...
Temples tight? Let go and let blog...
