Today I am grateful...
- for the storms on the way, as long as the electricity stays on. I have work here to finish.
- that yesterday my sponsor was back from Austria after being gone for two weeks
- that last night I fell into bed at midnight with eyes crossed and hand cramping after a ten hour work day
- for the freedom of working at home
- that my Higher Power shone the light where I couldn't see
- that you read or will read the previous post about internet radio. Please take a minute to send an email to your Representatives. It's really easy. Thanks.

I misssed yesterrday's post but will visit it now. :)
Guess what, I called my insurance co today to seek outpatient services. They got me an appointment today, so I am going. I am scared, but I need all the help I can get. I had a bulimic slip last night. I am going to any lengths to seek freedom my self-bondage.
Just thought I tell you, I am scared, but walking thru it one foot-step at a time.
