What is the difference between making a decision to quit ( which you may have already done) and making a COMMITMENT? A COMMITMENT is an UNYIELDING Decision, AIRTIGHT, IRONCLAD and ROCK SOLID. ~Jack V
Today I am grateful...
- that today I do not need to hide from anything or anyone
- for the remembrance of yesterday, the luxury of today and the promise of tomorrow
- to be lifted up by the smallest of things
- that above all else, I have the desire to stay sober
We begin to find true companionship, friends who understand and care about us just for ourselves. We find a place where we can be useful to others. There are recovery meetings, service activities, and fellowship gatherings to fill out time and occupy our interests. The fellowship can be a mirror to reflect back to us a more accurate imagine of who we are. We find teachers, helpers, friends, love, care, and support. The fellowship always has more to offer us, as long as we keep coming back. ~NA, Just for Today

for the remembrance of yesterday, the luxury of today and the promise of tomorrow I just love this quote.
Happy Monday Scott W.
Your desire is paramount. The family of those in the rooms of all the fellowships are life saving, I am grateful for this today.
I like the not having to hide from anyone/thing. Life is so much easier/les stressful.
I know what you mean about being lifted up by the smallest things.
Also not hiding is wonderful
I'm right in that place. Commitment and which path will best serve me with that commitment.
Thank you for your comment on my blog.
