Today I am grateful...
- to be working on Step 3 with my sponsor. Today's quotes are from Step 3 in the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions.
- that today I will strive to not take back anything which I have surrendered to God
- today, to be a winner I do what I have to do. In the past, as a loser, I did what I wanted to do.
- for the willingness to look at my food issues
- that when I finish this list I will put the leash on Bunny, grab the music and take a walk
Once we have placed the key of willingness in the lock and have the door ever so slightly open, we find that we can always open it some more. Though self-will may slam it shut again, as it frequently does, it will always respond the moment we again pick up the key of willingness.

I am reading the best life diet, and it is helping me realize why I am over weight. why I want to loose weight and why I have not been successfull in the past... and lots of other stuff.
I see and hear alot from my HP on those dog walks with the music in my ears...just another miracle today
