Today I am grateful...
Today I am grateful...
- that the weather was comfortable enough to sit outside in a friend's courtyard last night with the neighbors
- that these days I am able to be more "myself" than ever before
- to turn my food issues over to my Higher Power and that they will be returned to me in a healthier state than when I handed them over
- that today I have a life worth living and that is such a welcome relief in contrast to my old drinking days
- for my meeting today with my sponsor
- that yesterday I sold a painting!!!
- for my gurlfriend

I would love to read more about the food issues if you are ever so inspired to share.I struggle with that too but it sort of gets a little easier the more I don't try so hard and be comfortable with me and my pro active thinking that I know takes practice.
I hope to buy one of your paintings one day too so be sure to save one for me!!!!
