You have the ability to imagine, and then to take whatever you imagine and make it real. What could possibly be more magical than that? ~Ralph Marston
Today I am grateful...
- that not only does my life expand one day at a time, my spirituality, going hand-in-hand with life, expands exponentially
- for lessons given to me by other alcoholics through their actions
- that every day I get to see both sides of the coin--the way to stay sober and the way to undo sobriety
- to snuggle close to those that teach me how to stay sober
- for the striking insight of some alcoholics (see Fr. Leo's quote below)
You see what you choose to see, because all perception is a choice. And when you cease to impose your meanings on what you see, your spiritual eyes will open, and you will see a world free of judgment and shining in its endless beauty. ~Paul Ferrini
Spirituality is about thinking "big". It is finding God in the richness of His creation. Our insistence on our shared humanity is the path to world peace and serenity. Divisions should not exist for the humanitarian who seeks acceptance for all men simply because they are men. May I seek to find the One in the many --- and the many in the One. ~Fr. Leo

Deep. Way deep. : ) makes me think. I like that.
Yeah, I can make it real, sometime. Love Ralph Marston today.
I like your list.
I fail to see (no pun intended) how perception can be a choice.
