- that I am madly in love with my life at this moment
- that I feel I am making strides in my eating program

What's on the chopped salad at Anaya's?
Room temp chopped lettuces, finely crumbled Mexican cheeses, apple smoked bacon and warm grilled chicken breast dressed with a balsamic vinegarette. MMMMMMM!!!!! I had mine sans tomato, of course.
