IF THE ONLY PRAYER YOU SAID IN YOUR LIFE WAS "THANK YOU", THAT WOULD SUFFICE. ~Meister Eckhart

There may be some people who want you to be perfect. But thanks to our fellowship, to God, and the Twelve Steps, you don't have to be one of them! ~Pocket Sponsor
Today I am grateful...
  • that there should be enough time today to do errands before the cold weather sets in
  • that I was able to tap into an unsuspected inner resource (BB p 569-570)
  • for today's meditation in the Twenty-Four Hours a Day: I will relax and not get tense. I will have no fear, because everything will work out in the end. I will learn soul-balance and poise in a vacillating, changing world. I will claim God's power and use it because if I do not use it, it will be withdrawn. As long as I get back to God and replenish my strength after each task, no work can be too much.
  • that finding recovery was a miracle, that getting it was the jack pot
  • for One Primary Purpose, go say hello
What you truly and sincerely love will be attracted by that love. What you seek is also seeking you, for you can provide it with a joyful living expression. What you focus upon becomes real because of the energy you give to it. What you are most thankful for becomes stronger and stronger. Dive deeply into who you really are, and have the courage to explore your most treasured dreams. Keep yourself connected to those dreams, and they will play out upon the stage of your life. ~Ralph Marston

"that finding recovery was a miracle, that getting it was the jack pot"

Recovery is differenct for everyone but that profound grace and wisdom to seek those inner resources are indeed part of that jackpot we all work hard for..
one day at a time.

Thanks for sharing Scott W :)
