Today I am grateful...
- that on the eve of my third sober birthday I have a life free from many of my old trappings
- for the freedom of a God of my understanding
- for a program of recovery that is actually a guide for living life
- for a fellowship that taught me I do not have to do it alone again, ever
- for the conundrum of surrendering to win
- for Lambda Center, where we can gather and express who we really are, never fearing recrimination or punishment
- for Honesty, Openmindedness and Willingness…the HOW of the program
- that I no longer feel as though I am a fraud because I work the program of Alcoholics Anonymous
