Today I am grateful...
- for the Big Book, meetings, the steps (especially prayer in step 11), other alcoholics and those who have gone before me. They all offer me the solutions I need.
- for yesterday to spend with myself, getting me focused and letting the world just be outside
- for my Higher Power's grace that lets me experience the blessings of today
- for glimpses of what IS and what ISN'T
- for purpose and satisfaction
- for time spent in a quiet space and how richly textured my thoughts can be while there
- that today I have more than enough

Focus on the problem and the problem becomes larger. Focus on the solution and the solution becomes larger. It's my choice.
