IF THE ONLY PRAYER YOU SAID IN YOUR LIFE WAS "THANK YOU", THAT WOULD SUFFICE. ~Meister Eckhart

Tuesday 17

One of the most valuable things we can do to heal one another is listen to each other's stories. ~Rebecca Falls
Today I am grateful...
  • that the 13.9" of rain our area got yesterday drained off quickly
  • that even though I did not act like a gentleman yesterday--that behavior is, these days, unlike me. I can learn from that behavior and will watch out for those triggers in the future. Also I will return the used bottle of White Out to copy.com, which I added to my bag after borrowing it. What the fuck? I have not done anything like that in a LONG time. I must pause before agitated. No excuses.
  • for the constant entertainment Bunny provides
  • to have Randall back to normal

Trust in the rightness of timing, and the freedom at the other end, as you struggle humanly through this spiritual experience. I will be open to the process of surrender in my life. I will allow myself all the awkward and potent emotions that must be released. ~The Language of Letting Go

I acted out yesterday too, and as soon as I did it, I realized it. Still no excuse, but at least I'm admitting it after the fact these days. Step 10 anyone? :)

Have a lovely day!

Scott, this post makes me feel like crying. Not sure why exactly other than I'm having crazy daze myself....

I think it's your honesty. It's refreshing and you are human and I really love that in people.
