Today I am grateful...
- for the mute button, the channel change button and the off button. It's political ad season and I am over it.
- for delightful company and excellent food at dinner hosted by Jane and Wilbur
- that I can perform like a rational human outside of my comfort zone
- that I would be very content to leave judgment and desire to gossip to others. Today I continue to offer those things to my Higher Power in efforts to free myself.
- for a little more understanding every day
- for courage to hang on while things pass
