Today I am grateful...

• for the blog I started to post larger images of my work, SWO6
• for today's 'As Bill Sees It' meditation, a portion of which reads: "Not much spiritual effort is involved in avoiding excesses which will bring us punishment anyway."
• that yesterday I was able to keep silent when I wanted to chastise a woman at the grocery store, in the ten items or less line, who had at least thirty and proceeded to sift through the lighters to get the colors she wanted. Then after loading the groceries into the trunk of her Corvette, drove straight ahead through another parking spot, drive the wrong way down that aisle and stop at the parking lot exit blocking the entire way and curse me when I pulled up facing her. When I related the story to a friend, he said, "You will notice there are no bite marks on my tongue."
• that the party at dAAve's place was a success
• for those who seek recovery and find it, and those still suffering that cannot get it
