Today I am grateful...
- for some amendments to my living will suggested by a health care professional
- that I did not miss the experience (see page 89 of the Big Book)
- that today I have no serious regrets and hardly any minor ones
- that we, of the alcoholic persuasion, can reach across great distances and be present for each other
- for my morning 'God time'. Coffee, daily meditations, blog posting, prayer and meditation

A very powerful program that we have indeed.
Thanks, It is all who are so consistent that continually help me by having examples to follow. Whew ~ that was a lot to get out.
