Through the Fourth and Fifth steps we learn who we really are. Once we know who and what we are, we don't have to be what we were. Today, I am myself. I am perfect for the part. ~Pocket Sponsor

Today I am grateful...
  • to get to see Boston lead a meeting
  • that persistencee and perseverance usually pay off, if I can wait a while
  • that although I have a lot more uncovering to do, I know myself better today than ever
  • that I am really not afraid to let you see what I am made of
  • that I am from 'good people'
  • for Boston Terriers, which really aren't terriers, they're bull dogs
  • for 977 days of sobriety and 387 days as a non-smoker

Instead of being aggressive toward a difficulty, be quiet before it, and notice the new feeling. ~Vernon Howard

We tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of getting something we don't have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have. ~Fredrick Koeing

Hey bro have I told you lately that I love you? I'm in that bad neighborhood space again but I'm slowly walking out of it.
I see you,
JJ

So it should be Boston Bulldog?
We both had happy quotes today.
This is just wonderful news.

dAAve, they were originally named Boston Bulldogs but there was objection to the bulldog name, so they opted for terrier. WhatEVER.

i love the quote about happiness and appreciating what we have..

I am hoping that our next dog, in addition to the JRT we have, will be a Boston (terrier that is...) Did you know (in my best Cliff from Cheers impression) that the Boston Terrier is one of only two AKC ecognized American breeds of dog? The other being the Chesapeake Bay Retriever.

Oh, and I am grateful to ahve seen what you're made of Scott and I agree 120%, youa re good people!

When I have done this oh it is a new feeling OK. Good but very uncomfortable. Thanks ~
