Today I am grateful...
- to start my day, before I get out of bed, with a thank you
- that this spiritual program and all we do to maintain it pays us dividends daily. One of those, of course, is getting to meet people from all over to share that bond with.
- for a little email conversation this morning with JJ
- that Tylenol soothes sore muscles and joints after being up and down a ladder all yesterday afternoon doing a color wash on a ceiling
- for the realization during yesterday morning's meeting on meditation. While listening I was definitely meditating, repeating my mantra. So many people do not understand that they meditate every day, concentrating on driving, using a screwdriver, threading a needle. They think they are not able to meditate. I keep my life simple and quiet and the result is a meditative lifestyle. I really do stay as quiet as I can. And it gets easier to come back to center when things get a little crazy.
Better keep yourself clean and bright; you are the window through which you must see the world. ~George Bernard Shaw

A few days ago...
Mees thinks I am gonna open my window for some fresh air . . .
i always try to concentrate on my breath while meditating but i think i'll try concentrating on inner sounds, like a mantra. that makes a lot of sense to me. missed you today.
I like that picture, I think I've seen it somewhere before? If I recall, from a yoga situation me thinks.
Be careful up on those ladders...
I love your first quote,
"This is the way of peace. Overcome evil with good. Falsehood with truth, And hatred with love. ~Peace Pilgrim"
I will definately plaster this on my forehead when dealing with my home group :)
